Any rough estimator, online response, phone discussion, text response, or email estimate is for planning only unless a written final quote or agreement is provided. Final pricing may depend on measurements, photos, site access, material condition, rust, old repairs, hardware, finish, travel, labor, supplier availability, safety conditions, and inspection.

If you submit project details, photos, videos, measurements, or links, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You allow us to use those materials to review the requested work, communicate with you, and prepare a response.

We do not publish customer names, addresses, photos, videos, or project details for marketing without approval.

By calling, texting, emailing, or submitting a form, you authorize us to respond about your request using the contact information you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Some projects may require photos, measurements, a site visit, safe access, clear work areas, power availability, material confirmation, or customer preparation before work can be accepted or scheduled. We may decline or reschedule work when access, site conditions, weather, safety, licensing, or project fit makes the job unsuitable.

Website text, images, videos, calculators, and examples are provided for general information. Service descriptions and examples do not guarantee that every job can be accepted or completed in the same way.
